A Philadelphia community college went on lockdown as police investigated a report of a possible gunman on campus – a day after a threat of a school shooting surfaced online, authorities said Tuesday.
Students at the Community College of Philadelphia were told to find shelter as local police and a SWAT team were sent out to search for a man with a gun following a “personal dispute” between two men.
There were no reports of a shooting or any injuries, the Philadelphia Police Department said.

The incident stems from an argument between a student and a former student, who knew each other,Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said.
Witnesses said the ex-student allegedly whipped out a gun on the other man outside the school’s Winnet Building, NBC Philadelphia reported.
A 17-year-old suspect was apprehended in a classroom inside the building shortly before noon, but he did not have a gun on him, Ramsey said.
The college's main campus was on lockdown for about two hours. It was lifted about 12:30 p.m., school officials said.
The scare comes a day after a threat of a school shooting was posted on website 4chan, the same message board that Oregon community college shooter Chris Harper-Mercer appeared to use to warn students ahead of the massacre.
"On October fifth, at 1pm Central time, a fellow robot will take up arms at a university near Philadelphia,” the post read, according to ABC News.
The threat is "completely" unrelated to Tuesday's incident, Philadelphia Police spokeswoman Officer Leeloni Palmiero told the Daily News.
This is a developing story. Check back for more updates.
